The Essentiel XUE universal ovens from FRANCE ETUVES are suitable for all applications of drying, heating, hot preservation, sterilization, component aging, hardening, or any other thermal test… in laboratories and in all sectors of industry.

The XUE ovens have the FRANCE ETUVES C3030 regulator which will allow you to make a temperature program with up to 8 segments (4 programmable temperature ramps (°C/min) and 4 temperature maintenance levels (max 9999min). 8 volumes

available : 32, 58, 112, 225, 343, 490, 686 and 980 liters.

Robust construction meeting quality requirements.

The exterior sheets of the oven are made of electrogalvanized sheet metal covered with white and blue epoxy paint.
The inner tank is made of stainless steel with a bright finish, resistant to corrosion and suitable for processing products with a high water content.

The control panel is located on top of the oven, to take up minimal space.

PASSAGE OF Ø 20 mm
A passage centered on the left wall allows the passage of cables or probes. A silicone plug allows you to close the passage when not in use or to seal the passage after passing the cables through it.

INSIDE LIGHTING
The oven has an interior lighting point that switches on automatically when the door is opened.

EASY CLEANING!
The corners of the interior tank are rounded, making tank cleaning operations easier.

EXCELLENT INSULATION
Thermal insulation is provided by 70 mm of asbestos-free rock wool. The outer sheets are separated from the inner tank. This avoids any thermal bridge to guarantee:
– low surface temperatures ,
– reduced electrical consumption ,
– rapid temperature rise .

SEALING OF THE DOOR
The sealing of the door is guaranteed by a stabilized and long-lasting silicone seal. It is easily removable for quick and easy cleaning.
The door closes at 2 points (upwards and downwards) for maximum reliability.

EFFICIENT HEATING
Heating is provided by armored stainless steel resistances, ideally positioned in the air flow, allowing a uniform rise in temperature.

Forced horizontal ventilation for perfect temperature uniformity!

Ventilation is provided by one or two ventilation motor(s). It accelerates the drying process and homogenizes the heat in the useful volume.
Inside the oven, the air is sucked in by the turbine (1). It is heated by the resistances (2) then is blown into the useful volume (3). The hot air is evacuated through an outlet chimney with an adjustable shutter at the rear of the oven (4). Fresh air enters the volume at the level of the brewer (5).

The ventilation speed is adjustable from the C3030 regulator.

ADJUSTABLE AIR CHANGE
The air outlet is equipped with an adjustable shutter. An air renewal adjustment button allows you to open or close this shutter. When the latter is closed, the air circulation takes place in a closed circuit in the oven: this is the best method for quickly preheating the oven before introducing objects into it. When the shutter is open, a renewal of fresh air is created.

The C3030 temperature controller

The C3030 temperature controller/programmer from FRANCE-ETUVES is very precise and particularly reliable.
Measurement by PT100 or TCJ probe. Electronic PID regulator. Accuracy: 0.1°C.
Color screen, excellent visibility of temperatures
